Mentorship, equity, and research productivity: lessons from a pandemic
Recommendations to prioritize equity (all mentees grow and need individual resources), pivoting to new research opportunities (phototaxis, as sunflowers track the sun), and prioritizing wellbeing (grounded in strong, secure roots and healthy soil) on project teams during and beyond the coronavirus pandemic.
